Last updated: 15 August 2026

Print 2 Ship is built with privacy as the default. This page explains what that means in plain language.

What does the app collect?

Nothing.

What does the app do with your files?

Every PDF and image you drop into Print 2 Ship is processed locally on your device and stays there. Nothing is uploaded, shared, or backed up to an external server.

The operating system's app sandbox limits access to files you explicitly choose (drag-and-drop or the file picker on Mac; the document picker or Share Sheet on iPhone/iPad). Imported files are copied to temporary local storage for processing; the originals are not modified.

Support contact

When you email support@print2ship.app, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use this information solely to answer your question.

Website preferences

The website stores two anonymous preferences in your browser's local storage: your chosen colour theme (light or dark) and whether you dismissed the language suggestion. These are not personal data — they are device-local, never transmitted anywhere, and not linked to any identity. No consent is required for this.

Website hosting

This static website is hosted by Netlify. To deliver and secure the site, Netlify may process standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, requested URL, referrer, and timestamp. The site contains no analytics or advertising scripts. See Netlify's privacy statement.

App Store and purchase

Buying or restoring Unlimited uses Apple's StoreKit services and requires a connection to Apple. Whatever Apple collects in that process (billing details, purchase history) falls under Apple's privacy policy and is outside our control.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email support@print2ship.app. We will respond within 30 days.

Supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority:
Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (GBA)gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be
Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, Belgium

Changes

If this policy ever changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, existing users will be notified in-app or via this page.
