Print 2 Ship is built with privacy as the default. This page explains what that means in plain language.

What does the app collect?
Nothing.
- Print 2 Ship makes no network connections. The app has no internet access — that is blocked at the operating-system level (App Sandbox).
- No analytics, no telemetry, no crash reports sent anywhere.
- No tracking pixels, no advertising identifiers.
- No user account, no registration, no login.
What does the app do with your files?
Every PDF and image you drop into Print 2 Ship is processed locally on your Mac and stays there. Nothing is uploaded, shared, or backed up to an external server.
The app runs inside the macOS sandbox with read-only access, limited to the files you explicitly choose (drag-and-drop or via the file picker).
Support contact
When you email support@print2ship.app, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use this information solely to answer your question.
- Purpose: providing technical support
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract
- Retention: support emails are kept for up to 2 years, then deleted
Website preferences
The website stores two anonymous preferences in your browser's local storage: your chosen colour theme (light or dark) and whether you dismissed the language suggestion. These are not personal data — they are device-local, never transmitted anywhere, and not linked to any identity. No consent is required for this.
App Store and purchase
The purchase itself goes through the Mac App Store. Whatever Apple collects in that process (billing details, purchase history) falls under Apple's privacy policy and is outside our control.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
- Have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16)
- Request deletion of your data (Art. 17)
- Request restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- Data portability (Art. 20)
- Object to processing (Art. 21)
To exercise any of these rights, email support@print2ship.app. We will respond within 30 days.
Supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority:
Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (GBA) — gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be
Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, Belgium
Changes
If this policy ever changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, existing users will be notified in-app or via this page.
